We needed a key for our Mazda that has a chip inside. All other places either told us it couldn’t be made or that it would be hundreds of dollars. Smith’s made the key for a reasonable amount and it was done within minutes! Huge relief since my son is leaving for college and we needed the key! Excellent customer service!! Thanks Smith’s!

Was trying to be a good Samaritan and help a fellow motorist with a flat tire, realized I locked my keys in my truck when I went to get back in. Smitty arrived at my location in less than 10 minutes and had me back in my truck in less than 2 minutes. I'm sure they're not all this easy, but he got me back on the road just before a large rain storm hit; perfect timing.
Glen went above and beyond to secure our home/ change the locks after our home was burglarized. He squeezed us in on his busy day when everyone else was booked. Thank you!
