Been trading with them for years,
Terrible customer service, they had my mower for over a month charged me $65.00, but did not do anything to my mower. They did say my motor was blown. After I replaced a gasket, I have mowed my lawn 4 times. Terrible dishonest people.
Has had my generator for 5mts, can’t get a hold of anybody. Sign on the door now says in hospital. Just want my generator back. Will contact an attorney and go to the court house to find out more info. Even if an emergency happens, there should always be a point of contact
First, all the one star reviews are accurate. I often wonder if they just made one wrong person mad when there are a lot of one star reviews all clumped together. Nope, not this time. It is really that bad. I tried to be nice and understanding that they are a small business but you cannot kill this place with kindness. You can’t even get fake kindness back.
