Had trouble with the carburetor on my 30 year old Ariens snowblower and they had the part I needed and even gave me tips on how to install it because I wanted to do it myself. Went back a second time because I didnt have the proper tool and they again helped me out. Great service. They really couldnt have been nicer. (Im a "do-it-yourself" kind of woman)

Shop around and you will be rewarded from your own pocket! I was looking for a saw saw ,their store price (more than \$400) looked on eebay found same model for \$270 (new) (And that was delived to my door without having to pay sales tax!)
The prices on their parts for equipment is the same or near the same price as online competitors and much better then the dumbass Havens at Falls Farm & Failure. The guy who works the desk at Burgoyne is super nice and knowledgeable and has helped me numerous times for nothing. If they got a bad rap for shady business practices I for one havent seen it yet.
Bought a Ariens Snow blower at Smiths, they matched the big box store price, delivered it to my house for free all fueled, oiled up and ready to go , they took their time explaining how the machine operates and how to maintain it to my Wife. When I got home I noticed the Light was defect so I called and left a message and to my total surprise they knocked on my door the next day, saw the problem and fixed it. No Big box store would ever perform such a CUSTOMMER SERVICE. That is worth 5 stars in my book.
I bought a husqvarna chain saw- they didnt tell me of specials which were nationally advertised that saved me a lot of money and included a free case. I had to find out by going on line to the husqvarna site. Bought the chain saw with the promise of the free case from the sales special to me mailed to me when it came in. Over a month later I am still waiting. Called several times, the owner is never there to talk to and the excuse is that he hasnt been able to get to the post office to mail it to me. Wanted to have my lawn tractor serviced and got the run around, they just didnt want to do the work. Promised they would call me be never did. I found someone else and will never go back to Smith Equipment.
