I found them to be extremely helpful - taking time to show me how to service the trimmer properly. I have asked them for an opinion and they told me what they would do, and not always to their financial advantage. I am not a low ball price kind of buyer, I want them to be competitive and they have been. I have had a few things serviced there and they worked great afterwards. No complaints from me.
