Just had our central air replaced, We have been dealing with Smiths for many years now, as usual office staff is great friendly and professional, We highly recommend Dave and all his guys, Mario, Pat, CJ,Devin they always go above and beyond are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Thank You Smiths for all the times you went above and beyond!

Great Service !!! Called on a Sunday during a holiday weekend with compressor not working on 6 year old central a/c. Someone was here in approx 1.5 hours and promptly took care of it. Yes, I paid after hours pricing on the service call, but it was well worth it and very fair IMO. I'm a very happy new customer. Will use going forward for my a/c maintenance. Thank you Thank you Thank you :)

Have been working with Smith heating and cooling for a couple of years now and they have been incredible! Working through some issues last year, my contact CJ was incredibly responsive and engaging with trying to help me resolve my concerns. Due to the age of my unit, it was clear to me that I would need a replacement this year. Just recently they had replaced my outside condensing unit and my attic air handler assembly. Smith Heating and Cooling in Newton, NJ is one of the most honest and fair A/C companies I have dealt with. When we were new to Newton, I called the most popular companies in the area, and eaf told the units are very old and should be replaced. Just by chance my son in law said to have someone else check it out. Smith came and saved the day. A unit was frozen and we just had to let it thaw out. No replacements needed. Thank you Smith, I recommend to anyone!

Shoutout to CJ and Devin for coming out on short notice to fix our air conditioning unit. They were both polite, friendly and professional. I did not have a regular go-to heating and cooling contractor so I took a chance on Smith's Heating & Cooling and they did not disappoint. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys!
