I have used Smith Heating and Cooling for years; they are the overall best for service and honesty. I recently experienced a burst pipe in an upstairs baseboard heater one evening and they were here in an hour to insert a shut off valve and keep the heat for the rest of the house running. Today, Mario was my technician to replace the entire length of heating in that room. He told me what he was going to do before he started and showed me the finished job when he was done. On time and professional, that's all you can ask for!

Just had Mario come fix the relay for my burner. He was in and out in 15 minutes. Very polite and professional. Love this company!

I almost never leave reviews (too lazy I suppose) but I have to give Smiths a 5- star review. When my gas boiler stopped working late the night before a big snowstorm and a stretch of bitterly cold weather, my plumber recommended I try Smith’s Heating and Cooling (“they won’t kill you on the price” he said). And he was right. Dave Smith was at my house within an hour (late on a Saturday night) and had my boiler running within a half hour. And the price was half of what I was expecting. Great service!

What a lifesaver. Came out late Saturday night before the bad storm on Sunday. Took care of our 'no heat' situation quickly, professionally and politely. Called to follow-up without being asked.
