He did one tree trimming while I was there and did a good job. He recommended I cut down a leaning tree since I was leaving for 2 weeks I paid him in advance. My mistake! He left logs and big branches where they fell and even left a very large limb suspended in an adjacent tree. By the time I paid someone else to clean his mess he became the most expensive guy in town.
Chris did a great job removing a tree that had to be dropped in a specific location. He was safety first, very skilled, and dropped the tree perfectly. He also cleaned up the area and made sure I was satisfied. He is customer focused. This is the second time he has worked for me and I would highly recommend him.
Smith's tree service has always done an outstanding professional job with helpful, kind and courteous service. They did work for my elderly mother in Fairhope while communicating with me who lives 200 miles from her. I highly recommend them!
Chris removed a dead pine tree that was leaning towards our neighbors garage/workshop. I sent him a photo in the morning and he knew it had be taken out soon. That afternoon he started climbing and securing the top section. He was very safety conscious and was meticulous about his work. Great job!!
Chris did a great job removing a dead tree in my backyard and a huge limb hanging over my house. He is very knowledgeable and his pricing was very competitive. I was not only impressed with his skills, but he was also quite meticulous at cleaning up all the debris afterwards. I would definitely recommend giving him a call for any tree or limb removal needs!
