Was given the wrong prescription (a - instead of a +) and then when i called about it, sadly a year later when I was finally able to afford another eye exam with my PHD eye doctor, in Ottawa, I was told my eye doctor, Dr.Fu, was wrong. And that my sight changed that much in that 2 year span. My right lens has been + for over 25 years and they argued that. Arguing over THEIR mistake and not owning up to it. Would never recommend them to anyone. They lack professionalism with clients that aren't dressed to the nines.

I am not one to post negative reviews, however, for a clinic I have been a patient at for more than two decades, I feel my words hold some weight. After coming to these offices for 25 years I am disappointed to say that I will be leaving this clinic due to the severe unprofessional communication, attitude, and customer service of the front desk staff. I had never been here before and was expecting the worst but the staff and dr were all amazing! They all went out of their way and beyond to help me with what I needed. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thank u to all the staff and Dr's!
