I am not one to post negative reviews, however, for a clinic I have been a patient at for more than two decades, I feel my words hold some weight. After coming to these offices for 25 years I am disappointed to say that I will be leaving this clinic due to the severe unprofessional communication, attitude, and customer service of the front desk staff. I had never been here before and was expecting the worst but the staff and dr were all amazing! They all went out of their way and beyond to help me with what I needed. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thank u to all the staff and Dr's!
Went in for eye tests, they were pretty nice doing the tests but not at all patient, and never called my grown son about his glasses. Months later called to see if my other son was coming for his appt and the phone rang forever. Finally someone answers and I can tell them he won’t be there because they couldn’t even phone back about my younger sons prescription and she had a ton of excuses about how odsp sends them off and lower income people don’t matter.
