I’m disappointed that as we approach 2026, direct billing is still not offered by this practice. At this point, I would reasonably expect direct billing to be standard. It’s not only significantly more convenient for patients, but it also reflects a patient-centred approach that removes unnecessary financial and administrative barriers to accessing care.
