This was my second purchase with Hyundai Smiths Falls. My first experience was wonderful and my second was just the same. I had no idea when I walked in that afternoon (with intentions of just speaking and checking things out), that just thinking of the possibility would result in actually purchasing a new vehicle the same day!!! I dealt with 2 very knowledgeable sales personnel, who took the time and care with me for the better part of the afternoon, while we discussed and looked at a few models. Terrible customer service and they do anything they can to charge you extra money. Old owners were amazing and the new ones are not. Our family stopped buying Hyundai’s after 25 years of patronage because of how disgusted we are with the new local ownership.
