I submitted paperwork for a refund on recall work that was done on my Tucson. The dealership has done nothing to get my refund and has now gaslighted me when I try to follow up. Worst service ever. I am completely disgusted with their customer service. I have contacted Hyundai Canada to complain.
We purchased a new vehicle from Smiths Falls Hyundai. It was the typical uncomfortable buying experience that one would expect from a dealership. It was what followed that was really shocking to me which results in the one star offering. Front desk lady is rude and kept me on hold for over 15 minutes until another employee came and spoke to me before hanging up
