We love the fact that there is plenty of space for the dogs to run around. We don't have to feel so guilty when we go on vacation anymore.
We love the dog lodge for so many reasons but primarily our dog enjoys going to visit Mr. James and her puppy friends to play and run until she needs to rest. James and Nancy are very responsive to the dogs and our needs. Great place, clean and the dogs are well attended.
James and Nancy are wonderful caretakers. Our vet recommended them back in 04. We took the chance and never looked back. Our Nell thought Smith Dog Lodge was her 2nd home. We crossed the railroad tracks and she would start talking and getting so excited. She always watched the Smiths and took good care of them. (she was a Pyr). I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else! Only at The Smiths Dog Lodge are they treated like family. My dogs get so excited every time!
We are so happy we found The Smiths Dog Lodge! Our Izzy 5 year old golden loves going there to stay and play. I never worry about her when she's there!!
RecommendedWe discovered The Smiths Dog Lodge 7 years ago for our Ginger where she lives when we are in need of doggy daycare in which is Often. We would never consider taking our Ginger anywhere else. The Smiths Dog Lodge is very clean & sterile, warm & cozy, and Nancy & James have a real gift to care for our special Ginger. I know in my heart that Ginger loves it there & considers their place her second home and my husband & I can go away and have a very relaxed fun trip with no worries. Best place to take your dog for daycare or boarding! James and Nancy take extra special care of every single dog. Have never had one complaint! Would recommend Smiths Dog Lodge to everyone!
We always love to leave Molly at the Smith Dog Lodge when we vacation at Breckenridge. She immediately senses she is in a safe warm enviroment.
