Visited twice wanting to buy and ask questions about a trek that I found online both times was ignored. Felt as if the sales reps were making judgement of my fitness level. Decided to drive all the way to winona to the next closest trek dealer where I had a way better experience they helped me with the fit and style I was looking for in a mtn. Bike. Will be placing my order with them instead this coming Saturday even though it's out of my way!
My tandem needed some love during a cross-country trip and they fixed her right up!
