I am walking out of your store now. I waited 20 min as the only person in line while watching 2 of your employees chit chat at the register. All I wanted was riding shoes - which can be purchased online. I tried to patronize your store, but your employees failed to provide any service. They knew I was waiting.
RecommendedThere are many bike shops around LaCrosse. Smith's stands out as number 1 in my book. Great customer service and friendly staff. Smith's went above and beyond to accommodate the ebikes and bike hitch I wanted and I couldn't be happier.

RecommendedThe owner's and staff of Smith's Bike Shop are the most knowledgeable in the Coulee Region because they're all passionate about biking themselves. Our most recent purchase was two road bikes. The bikes arrived on time and were available when promised. We've purchased every bike for our two boys from Smith's, starting with 16" bikes when they were little guys up to their now high school mountain bike team racing bikes. We've received excellent recommendations for each of these purchases. We would never shop anywhere else.
