I've been frequenting Smith's since having nightmarish experiences at Keeler BMW and Land Rover Albany. I get my LR, BMW and Jeep serviced here for every job imaginable. I have never ever had to return to complain in my 2 years frequenting them, from the tiniest job (swapping snow tires) to the biggest (a major repair job after a competitor fucked up one of our cars), they have consistently delivered quality. Skip does a great job with our cars. Honest and fair - lucky to have him and the shopclose by.
I love Skip and the guys. I trust them to do a great job with my Honda Fit, communicate well, treat me like a human being, and keep prices reasonable. I'm going back to Smith's any time I don't absolutely need to go to the dealer.
Honest repair shop. Skip has a really good crew of competent mechanics. Pricing is fair with no surprises, and the communication is excellent. They’re within walking distance of my house and that makes it even better. Thanks again fellas.
