The team at Smith’s really helped me out. My AC wasn’t working and the only place they could get the replacement hose from the dealer who took days to deliver the part. Smith’s would not let the dealer rest until they got my part. The day they got it they got my car’s AC blowing nice and cold and I picked it up. Great work! I know where to go if I have more trouble in the future.
There are not enough words to truly convey what an amazing job they did for me. They kept me abreast of every part of the process and explained in detail what was wrong and the costs associated prior to doing any work. Then the work they did exceeded my expectations. They took care of everything and did so at an extremely fair and competitive price. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire team and my overall experience. Thank you so much for getting my baby running like new again!
The service manager explained how they would find the cause of my car troubles. He informed me of their findings to get my OK on the needed repair. The service was done right and at a fair price.
