Wife had never really eaten there they were actually closing when we came to the window he might have been a manager possibly not but when he discovered my wife had never eaten there he threw some things in for her to try I thought it extremely considerate and something people hardly do these days food was awesome and thank you!
I just moved to Wilming NC from Ohio and a freind recommend Smithfield and I have to say that i was very impressed with the service and knew this place was different because as soon as i walked to the door it was open for me by a pleasent employee with a warm smile and freindly greating . Being a first time customer the manager was more than curtious and went out of his way to make sure I was extremly satisfied and believe me I was blown away by how freindly everyone was. perhaps im different but i like sticky type bbq, not the liquid kind. so i was in for quite a shock. guess im used to sc type bbq, & not nc kind. i prolly wont return to this place.

Smithfield Chicken and Barbecue is a great restaurant... I'm currently employed here.... my name is Timothy Isaiah Miller.... It is a great place to bring the family and it is a great working environment... The food is top notch and our customer service is one of a kind.. Unique... Please come visit us : )
Smithfield's is great. Great food and very good customer service. My only complaint is everytime I go to the drive through I am told to please pull to the front of the building and my food will be brought to me. I could understand this if I had a huge order, but I only ever order one plate. Plus the front of the building is kind of dangerous with cars coming around from the entrance and drive through.
