Let me start by saying that I love Smithfield’s, I have eaten it for years and it is consistently great. This is the restaurant that is closest to me and I have been enjoying it for years. In the last six weeks, I have noticed that the quality of food specifically at this location has not been that good. I usually get the barbecue sandwich or barbecue plate. The barbecue has been dry and the texture has not been good. That may be because of how dry it is. I tried to put sauce and Texas Pete to give it moisture to no avail. T... read more
