I came to get my grandma food and had to pee. My mom said “oh Smithfield bathrooms are always nice, just go in there” … unfortunately she was wrong and there was pee all over the floor and a German cockroach there.
Presentation on the French fries when indoor dining was unexpected but pleasant. Very light salt on both the fries and chicken is a welcome change of pace and back to fries, being very light on the salt but not light on the texture and crunch factor really make the experience.
I just wish that they had more variety of sides.
I was looking forward to visiting Smithfields on business travel. The meal was excellent, and the customer service was extraordinary.
