While the phone agent was unable to resolve my Tenant Portal login issue for my account, he was very helpful and able to update portions of my contact information & submitted a request for more detailed tech support. He assured me the issue would be resolved ASAP & that I would get a call back regarding my login issue. Very pleasant & professional with the assistance he did provide. Overall a good experience.

I am a small business owner and need a storage unit for equipment and material storage. I have been using Smithfield Storage now for several years. What I like about Smithfield Storage is that they are a family owned and operated business. Before finding Smithfield, I used other storage companies that were corporate chain companies. The large corporate storage companies don't give you any level of personal customer service, just a large amount of rules and more rules.
