Customer service is great! Needed help and received quick response.
It’s telling that the 5-star reviews lack detail while negative reviews are very specific. In person, the staff were some of the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve encountered. They were unhelpful and constantly redirected me to the website. It’s difficult to reach a real person due to the AI chatbot. I only rented for one month and left quickly. This location feels shady and hides behind a trusted franchise name.
I contacted this location to report fraudulent charges made there on two separate dates using my card. Although I explained the charges were already disputed with my bank, the manager refused to hear the transaction details and abruptly ended the call. The refusal to accept information regarding the fraudulent transactions raises concerns about the business’s fraud prevention practices and willingness to cooperate when unauthorized activity is reported.

The website failed to process the contract accurately. I had to call customer service to complete the transaction and sign the contract.
