I will be careful at this storage. They like to do inside jobs cut your personal lock,steal all your stuff inside and say to you that their cameras don’t work that somebody broke in their storage, but in reality that it was them take your stuff they raise the rent. They charge you for a fee for going inside the gate $8 every month and they make you put insurance on your storage. They stolen thousands of dollars of my tools and I can’t get it back.

Smooth am easy process! Very customer friendly…. Not sure why others cannot follow this process which is the best I have experienced to date! Thank you

I met Marcus, a District Manager, at the facility. He is professional and personable. Marcus is an efficient and effective problem-solver. He also has impressive communication skills which includes listening thoughtfully to evaluate. This gentleman is service oriented with a kind heart. 10 Federal is fortunate to have Marcus as a representative of their company.
