My father and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We absolutely love it here. The layout of the townhouse is great. They are very spacious and it accommodates our needs very well. I especially love the pool! The management and maintenance are awesome. Any problems (and there have been only a few) have been addressed quickly and professionally. It is a great place to call home!
We had a request for ceiling fan installed in our master bedroom. The smithfield station maintenance did an excellent job, was quick and about an hour, covered furniture and made sure that things were clean when they left. Thanks for the install!
Love that we are checked on to make sire everything is going well. Great neighbors and great modern town home.
I have been living here for about four months now and I can say I absolutely love this community that I live in. I think everybody here is so nice and I love our property manager. I think she is the most nicest person I have ever met.
