This place has been amazing to live in. Eryk is wonderful to work with whenever anything goes wrong. He is friendly, professional, and prompt in getting things fixed. The office is also great in communicating anything that changes or happens in the complex.
I have loved living here. Maintenance has been great and fast. It’s always a quiet and clean place. Katy has been a great property manager!
We moved here from another state. The pictures and reviews were great but once we moved in, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The community is so beautiful, so esthetic, so clean, all the amenities… the units are super spacious and great layout, I love how it comes with all major appliances at no additional cost... We love everything! Love that the staff communicates well and are quick to fix any maintenance issues. Their application process helps ensure that we are living next to safe people especially with required background checks. Safe neighbors are a huge priority especially when you have children.
The maintenance is very efficient, the person in charge is very friendly (Mr. Erick) and quick in the repairs. The gym is very equipped and the meeting room is very nice for celebrations.
