We moved in about a month ago and have had a amazing experience. Katy and Erik have been so wonderful and patient with all my silly questions. They made our move very easy. Thank you both.
When we moved in, there was pet hair all over the carpets after we were promised brand new carpet. We also tried to throw a party at the clubhouse (which we had to pay to rent) & they gave us the incorrect key. No one would answer phone calls, emails, emergency number…we had to have our party of 40+ people in our townhouse. 👎🏼 Overall, the quality for the price is way more expensive than what it’s worth. The community feels very family oriented and everyone on staff is very personable. Eric the maintenance man is very quick at responding to any requests no matter how small. Overall it is a very nice place to live and raise our son!!
I have been renting a place with Smithfield Station Townhomes for just over a year now. The reason for the 5 star review is communication. It is not difficult to get in touch with management which has been my experience in other units. The property is very well maintained, neighbors are considerate, and Property Management will always make sure you feel taken care of.
