What an awesome establishment and team! Bristol had a flat tire on the way to school and stripped out his locking lug. The guys from Fast Lube came out and helped him. What an awesome team they have here, despite the fact we are not their customers they still came to assist!
Great experience, very thorough more so then the dealership. Nice hospitality and was willing to show you the parts that were in question instead of a service rep talking to you in a waiting room. I will return when my oil is due again.

My daughter was going save money and have a friend do her oil change but she told me the plug was stripped. We were in the neighborhood so we stopped by SFL since they changed the oil last. We couldn't prove who rounded off the plug but they touched it last. They took the car in and I went next door and got a new plug. They swapped out the plug free of charge and gave pointers about changing the oil on that particular vehicle. To me they made it right and were hassle free.
