I went to Smithfield dental for a few years, but I stopped going to them for a few reasons. At one of my appointments, they mixed me up with another patient and did some sort of consultation when I was there for a cleaning, so I went back out to the front desk and asked them to clarify what was going on. Thankfully, the appointment wasn’t for anything serious, but I became concerned that they would mix us up in the first place! Not impressed at all. The 1 additional star is only for the low lighting the office uses in its lobby and halls which helps with sensory overstimulation. The ortho side and probably Dr Harris are the better of the experiences here minus communication. The actual general dental side of this place is not great. Its disorganized, and the only dentist they have seemed just off to me. Things were presented to me in a way that felt like they were doing everything to fish for money. Dr. Harris and the team at Smithfield Dental Care were awesome! Everyone was friendly, professional, and took great care of me and my teeth. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist!
