I don't know what the other reviews are about but I had a wonderful experience with the guard. She was very helpful. My appointment was at 7pm I arrived at 10am they offer overnight parking and they have shopping near buy. They allow you to come and go as you please. I had a quarter full of reefer and I was allowed on the property. Just be respectful to the guard she is a very kind lady.
Has been here for 16 hours above my appointment time . There phone number no one answered for broker or dispatcher to call 3 different security change from the time I came and checked in . The security is trying to blame me for being not patient after being here all this time very bad place to come to
Don't go here expecting to get anywhere else on time cause you'll be sitting for awhile. They take their time unloading you . For here at 5pm for a 5pm app. Didn't start unloading me until 10:30am the next day.
Unprofessional behavior from security staff in the first shift 0 star they will let you site for 2 days they dont care about you And your load they dont let you drop the trailer if you want to go get food never come here try to avoid this place
I tell you the security guard Michele is a beautiful soul. She's very much a people person and I love that not many are as nice as she is. She informed me there is over night parking there are shops and things across the st and if you order food they do have to meet you at the gate 🫶
