I got a chemical in my eye from some skin care products I use and it had been irritating my eyes for about a week. Saturday hit and my eyes were so irritated I needed to get into a doc ASAP. I flushed them twice but it didn’t help. Smithfield Canyon eye care/Eye Pros was one of the only places open and that could see me in about 30 minutes. So impressed with how fast they could get me in and with the doctor the doctor was amazing and was so kind!! Thank you!
Purchased my 6 year olds glasses here because I like supporting local businesses the best I can. Also, they had a style that had a three year warranty that seemed great for my son. He is very active and so when he broke the frames, I took them in for warranty work. The front desk girl said she ordered them and that was that. No need to leave the broken glasses, they’re just ordering replacements. Easy enough!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an eye appointment in November of 2017 I paid my copay and thought all was well. Got a call in April of 2018 that I owed them my copay still. I told them I’d already paid it and the woman took all of 3 minutes to look and see that I had in fact paid it. And received a profuse apology. Now in JUNE of 2018 I got a bill for that same appointment last November that I had already resolved. Whoever is in charge of billing should be fired as they are clearly not doing their job. They are so honest and kind. You just walk in and feel welcome. They were good about explaining everything that was going on during all the little tests. I highly recommend them!
These folks are the bees knees! A great family running a great business! Highly recommend.
