Excellent customer service!!! Jason Martinez was able to get someone out to treat for termites with little notice so we could close on a home the next day. He thoroughly explained everything and spent several hours on the phone with us after business hours, assuring us he could have a team out to treat for termites by 8am the next morning. They showed up on time and were true professionals. We were able to close on the house as scheduled because of Jason. I would recommend this company to anyone!
I had contacted Ragan to come help me with a outbreak of fleas. Told the gentleman on the phone the problem and was told that what I had could not be fleas. I had asked for them to come out and see for themselves and then to treat my home and was told they would not be in the area in which I live until the following week, I agreed and gave them my wife's cell phone number and mine.
