Callled Smithco about an A/C leak. They were out here in 15 minutes and repaired it with great service, professionalism and a smile on a Friday afternoon! Thank you Juan for your excellent service !!
Juan was terrific. Showed up on time and explained all services I received.
Somebody tell their drivers to be off the left lane , they blocking people’s way and that’s illegal ! Don’t call this company
Smithco sent Perry Montero from their team to resolve a water leak in my office caused by the A/C, and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Perry was. He went above and beyond to find the source rather than patch it up like others have done in the past. I also appreciated how he cleaned up the area before leaving. Thank you, Perry!
Can’t say I’ve ever used this company but watching their techs clean their windshields inside and out on their lunch break calls for 5 stars!
