Smithco sent Perry Montero from their team to resolve a water leak in my office caused by the A/C, and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Perry was. He went above and beyond to find the source rather than patch it up like others have done in the past. I also appreciated how he cleaned up the area before leaving. Thank you, Perry!
Can’t say I’ve ever used this company but watching their techs clean their windshields inside and out on their lunch break calls for 5 stars!
This company is a rip-off. They came out several times to view my wine cellar. They diagnosed it wrong and charged me thousands of dollars. They can back quoting me over 10,000 dollars to replace everything. I had another company that came out and fixed in 45 minutes for 300.00.
What a great company to do business with. They return phone calls. Did a great job on a total a/c installation with an air handler in a very confined space. Helped us with a high humidity issue, even though it wasn't their fault. Great customer service. Even the installation crew was friendly and top notch. I would recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
EXCELLENT service. New AC went in without any issues. My house is cool again. Very happy with the company and installers.
