Hard working, dedicated, and an amazing team overall. Everyone's so nice there, they're willing to go above and beyond to help in times of need
Terrible service. The first time I met with them , the broker showed up after taking a 3 hr lunch break and I had to wait nearly an hr to get service. I ended up with a company that charged a lot for my driving profile, so I reached to SWB 1.5 month before my insurance renewed to have them reassess it. SWB couldn't be bothered to return any calls or get me any quotes during that time and I got locked into another year with an overpriced insruance rate.
I was with another brokerage for a number of years and I just knew that over time they took me for granted. I reached out to SWB and Aynsley was quick to make me feel at home and quote me on my new policy. My old company called me up to wonder why I cancelled (I only ever heard from them in the past when they wanted to sell me things) I was told that my insurance was not categorized right (business and not personal) and I could get a lower rate.
