Dr. Smith was polite and pleasant, however very rushed. Nursing staff also did a great job. However support staff very poor. My appointment was in October, it is now December 10th and the prescription treatment the doctor ordered hasn't been worked on by the office staff, they dropped the ball and refused to pick it back up even after calling back twice. Most times we had to see his nurse practitioner. Waited greater than 45 minutes most times fir a less than five minute visit. Very expensive five minutes, $125
My family has gone here for years and a young lady at the front desk shared they will not file my BC/BS high deductible insurance so we can utilize our HSA.. Wow, my five family members will be finding a new dermatologists if our money is not worth them filing insurance for us.
I was told by Dr. Smith that he "guaranteed he could cure me", and his treatment only made me worse instead of better. I have been dealing with this for 5 years and he hasn't helped me. I can not recommend him to others.
Dr Smith and his staff have been extremely helpful to our family. They are kind, patient, informative and excellent in their care. i would recommend to anyone.
