Mr. Smith represented my son in a custody case. I also paid him $750 dollars to get my name redacted in a restraining order, that I had nothing to do with and shouldn't have been listed in. Mr. Smith never even requested my name be removed from the restraining order. He basically stole my money. As far as representing my son. He completely failed at that also.
