I have never been one to bad talk but what I went through this morning with Smith Auto is beyond okay. I took my car in for a oil change I get a call saying 8 things are wrong with my NEWLY serviced car. I tell them to do the work then speak with a family member that says you are getting completey ripped off. So I call right back and tell them not to do it.
