Jason Smith is well aware the policies he put together for AAM mgmt in our community are above and beyond the AZ state laws. He does this as a gamble no one will fight it in court as the HOA loves to trash and retaliate against residents who speak out. Jason Smith will do whatever the HOA wants for billable hours. Such a complete joke.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Rang the doorbell the lady Michelle cracked open the door, let her know what I was there for and asked for a receipt. she proceeds to close the door to get me what I needed and I ask if I can wait inside (as it is over 100 degrees out) she said no because I didn’t have an appointment. This company needs better customer service first and last time using this horrible company.
