HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Rang the doorbell the lady Michelle cracked open the door, let her know what I was there for and asked for a receipt. she proceeds to close the door to get me what I needed and I ask if I can wait inside (as it is over 100 degrees out) she said no because I didn’t have an appointment. This company needs better customer service first and last time using this horrible company.

Have been trying to talk to either Kacee or Sean, as they are othe attorneys on the the notice I received, after 3 days of calling both attorneys and leaving messages I receive a call from paraleego Maggie, whi I send emails of documentation on payments and correspondence, back with the HOA, in return I get AI respondents. I again leave message for maggie to call me, today, I get a call from a Michelle saying she's just making the phone calls of all the calls that are coming in. Two days to get a answer back when they have like 10 people at the office ...open mon to fri but doors are closed appointment only so do u guys want to get payed or not make it so difficult for all of us 🤣🤣🤣
