Smith VW is a very dishonest dealership. They sell cars with known issues and then refuse to do anything about it once the issues are noticed. I recently purchased a car from Smith VW, only to discover the rear passenger door wouldn't open a couple days after buying it. After calling the service center about the issue, I was told to come in and they'd fix it, free of charge.
