I brought my cat to this clinic four times. While he did receive his vaccines and booster, I’m extremely disappointed with how his ongoing skin issue was handled. We visited twice specifically for the same problem, and not once were any tests done — just assumptions without a proper exam. Each visit cost $180, including a $90 exam fee, even when no actual examination or diagnostic steps were taken. I don’t think it’s fair to charge for an exam when nothing is being done. Dr. Dana Cox and her team took such wonderful care of my cat, Milo. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, gentle, and professional. Dr. Cox was patient, thorough, and clearly cares deeply about her patients. Milo can be a bit nervous, but he was totally at ease during the visit. I really appreciate the clear communication, fair pricing, and genuine compassion. I wouldn’t take Milo anywhere else!
