I appreciate the care and insight they gave us about our cats.
Unequivocally the best vet, top to bottom, that I have ever been at. Everyone is very capable and has a deep level of caring, compassion and love not just for the pets, but the people too. I moved 30/45 mins away from Smith's Vet Hospital, then tried two other vets in the area. It however became clear rather quickly that Smith Vet operates on an elevated level. So I kept Smith as my vet despite the travel. Thank you to the entire team.
My dog was vomiting, they prescribed a medication to decrease secretions that made her had constipation for three days after. I had to stop the medication, and brought her to a different clinic. Additionally, they don't give any idea about the price until you came out of room, and if you seemed agree to pay, they increase the price right away orally. Not going to lie here.... They're on the expensive side of the spectrum BUT you get what you pay for. Great staff, great service, great hours, exceptional communication, great clinic. Worth every penny. I love a vet clinic that not only loves my pet but treats me as a valued patron too. Sorry staff at Smith but I hope none of you ever retire! :)
