Dr Cox is the best vet ever!!!!!
I am always impressed by Dr Dana Cox. She is warm, approachable and listens to my questions or concerns. My pets have been treated with great care and Lilly doesn’t exhibit any distress or fear when we visit.
I am generally very happy with Smiths Animal Clinic. Dr. Cox has been caring for Pickles since he was 8 weeks old, and I truly appreciate the relationship we have built over the years. One thing I particularly value is that Dr. Cox respects my healthcare choices, which lean toward a more integrative and holistic approach. This includes feeding a raw diet, avoiding unnecessary vaccinations, and choosing not to use oral flea and tick preventatives that contain neurotoxic ingredients. Juno has been going to this vet since she was a puppy. The staff and doctors are always so nice and caring. I know they cost a little more compared to some other places, but it’s honestly totally worth it for the care and service they provide.
Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Dr. Philip was great. My dog was very comfortable in his care and his diagnosis was spot on too. We went home happier than when we got there!
