Dr. Madge sees all of my cats. It started when one of my 3 kittens started getting very sick. We took him to multiple vets doing tests and trial an error before finally receiving a diagnosis. One vet actually recommended that we put him down when they couldn’t find the answer to our problem. Luckily we went to Smiths as a last hope. She saved his life. He’s now two and though we still have issues we no longer fear for his life everyday. Thank you doctor for giving him his life back.
Will not take my family (pets) anywhere else! The staff are super nice and helpful and really. Are about your animal. Thorough exam each time and doesn't rush you off like some others are here. At Smith Vet Hosp you are more than just a number.
My first experience with Dr. Madge was an emergency in the middle of a Friday night. I wasn't able to reach my dog's normal vet, so my friend recommended her. She answered right away, was compassionate, and went above and beyond to care for my girl. She stayed up all night with her, then called me the next morning to notify me of her condition and to set up an appointment to talk about options. Madge and her staff are just amazing! I just had a sick dog there and she spent the night. Dr Madge personally gave me a phone call after hours to let me know how Sally was doing. She also goes and checks on her patients later in the evening, now that says A lot. You can't find a better place, in my opinion.
I just can't say enough about Dr Madge and her staff, they are wonderful people so caring about your pet and the owner.... they seem to become part of my family with all the dogs I have.. thank you for everything thing you do for me and my dogs Dr Madge and staff
