If you got an extra 2 plus hours to waste any given day try and call the service department. An absolute joke. Even if you leave your name and number for the to call you back "within 3 hours" it probably will not happen. Of course we're stuck with them as Toro doesn't let the local shop access golf equipment so I cringe every single time we need a part. DO NOT RECCOMEND
The whole crew at STI in Greer, SC is a pleasure to work with. They have everything in stock 99.9% of the time and if not they can order it within a day or two. Very convenient location that makes getting in and out a added plus. The entire staff is highly educated in the irrigation industry and able to answer the most technical irrigation questions. Highly recommend this Branch of STI for all your irrigation needs.
I have been working in the industry for 40 years. This company has by far been the best I've had the pleasure of working with. They are courteous when I go in to buy product, and they get me in and out quickly. I will not be taking my business anymore else!
