Dr. Troy Smith is dedicated to serve his patients. He took several phone calls during weekend to refill and authorize alternative medicines before my international trip. Really appreciate it!
I am sharing about my spouse and our experience with this office. Dr. Smith has been my husband's physician for many years. We tried getting an emergency appointment with him for the same day and was told he had none available. (we called first thing this morning). This is unacceptable as all doctors offices should have emergency slots open. Now he will probably have to go to the ER, wait for hours when this issue could have been resolved in the doctor's office. P.S. I do work for a doctor and know the protocols...

I have been going to Dr. Troy Smith for many years and find him to be excellent. He listens and takes time to review your health condition in friendly, considerate and professional manner. I highly recommend him.
This office is VERY run down, dirty, and cluttered. Waiting room chairs are ripped walls are dirty chipped paint. I’ve never seen anything like it.
