If I schedule an appointment I expect to be met with. Instead they dropped the ball and forgot we had an appointment. Gave me no opportunity to reschedule. Woman on the balcony was rude and unwilling to do her job. I couldn’t imagine paying them and allowing them to represent me for this dispute.
