Nick and Darren at Smith Tire are amazing. I have been here many times and they always have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's so nice to know you can trust the people who work on your vehicle! Over the years, I have had tires, brakes, and oil changes taken care of at this shop and Smith Tire has always been helpful at explaining the available options and getting the job done quickly and well!
Had a catalytic converter replaced and I find out later that I should've been offered to keep the old one and I wasn't and I did not know it could be sold. If I had known that would have helped with the cost of the replacement. It's bad business when the company does not give the consumer these options..it makes the consumer not trust the company or want to come back. This is my story..make sure you ask questions and get a second opinion before you go here. Smitty's do better.
