I think that I would honestly give them zero stars if I could. My wife and I went to look for an apartment here based on a previously good experience with another property manager. We were told that we would either be approved for a $150 administration fee, or "approved with a condition" for a $250 administration fee, due at time of move in. I was pleased with this management until issues came up. Our on-site management was wonderful but the corporate management, who makes all the decisions, provides terrible costumer service. As multi-year tenant that have never cause any problems, we were treated poorly. They were unprofessional and rude. Sad to say we are leaving a wonderful property due to poor upper management.
