Registration , and front desk needs to do a better job than looking like they are working. Employees definitely need more training in patient care and assistance in geographical locations of all departments . They should also be aware of who is the head of all departments daily. They scheduled me for an induction just to reschedule me twice because they said there are people more high risk than me that needs to deliver WHEN THEY SHOULDVE BEEN ALREADY SCHEDULED! I’ve been to the hospital back to back for bad pains & they did nothing but send me home, they attitudes are TERRIBLE I highly do not recommend this hospital at all ! Truly don’t even wanna give birth here anymore . Prisma in Sumter never gave me as much run around as them !
The nurses on the 8th floor couldn’t care less about the patients. They were constantly on their phones and very unresponsive to basic and very obvious patient needs. All of the floors were filthy, especially the elevators with used purple latex gloves coming out of the top of the elevator panels. The gloves stayed there on the floor and hanging from the panels for days. The kitchen would deliver breakfast sometime around mid morning and lunch no sooner than noon. Place is very unclean and uncaring.
Worst hospital. Inexperience doctors. Jamie Driggers is not an endodontist. Do not get any root canals here. Slow responses no Sense of urgency. I am having to spend 4 times more money to correct what she should have done right at first. Horrible experience.
