I called to make an appointment, but the receptionist was extremely rude. She told me there were no appointments available and asked if I was a new patient. When I said yes. she informed me that the doctor only sees existing clients and abruptly ended the call. I've never encountered such poor customer service before

I have been attending this clinic for over twenty years. It is unique, you phone or come in early and take a number, get a coffee or do your shopping and then come back. You see Dr Chan who keeps up to date with research, compassionate, listens and helps you. Then you are bulk billed. The receptionists are firm but fair.

Receptionist very rude to answer. They treat you like a checklist. You need to know that people call to get an appointment because you're coping with health issues. Cannot treat people like a robot.

The receptionists here are unbelievably lacking in any level of customer service, I’ve never experienced anything like it. The older woman is incredibly rude, lazy and argumentative and the others, although not as bad, seem to follow her lead. I tried phoning 3 times today and their phone line was disconnected, then when I finally got through on the 4th attempt, I was told the doctor was going home and that I should call tomorrow.. this was delivered in a tone that suggested there was something wrong with me for not knowing ... read more
