Our old HVAC system had a major leak and Smith and Sons was great to work with during our HVAC issue. The issue occurred after hours so we were in a bit of a pinch. We reached out to numerous HVAC companies and most of them had us sit on the phone with an operator collecting information before even giving us a time on when they could come out.
