Super friendly and quick turnaround to get get a new working heater installed! We really appreciated the straightforward & down to earth (non-sales) vibe. Both Kyle and Eduardo were really great!

Rescheduling because I lost track of a medical appointment two days prior (on a Saturday) was also easy and very pleasant.
