Smith & Sons Heating & Air Inc. did an outstanding job! We promptly received an estimate. Both Kyle and Rachel were a delight to work with. Much of the work had to be coordinated during our remodel between them, our designer and other contractors. Smith & Sons patiently waited their turn, they did not rush the job, and they have been very quick to answer any of our questions. We highly recommend this family-owned business. I feel very blessed to have found an amazing HVAC company that I will use again and again! Below is my step by step experience with Smith & Sons Heating and Air Inc. Scheduling was easy. Rescheduling because I lost track of a medical appointment two days prior (on a Saturday) was also easy and very pleasant. There was no fuss about the short timeframe before the original appointment (Monday), just prompt customer service and were able to schedule me for the day after my original appointment on Tuesday. I reached out to Smith & Sons for help with ducting for a kitchen vent hood. They were very responsive and fit me into their schedule right away. I needed to split the job into 2 parts and they were willing to accommodate that and I could tell that they really care about their customers and the work that they do.
