Once initial contact was made with the company, services were very fast. The service technician was very good with communicating issues and keeping me informed with progress. He was also very fast and honest. I've known for years that my current unit is really old and outdated, but Randy still put forth a deliberate effort to find the parts needed to get my unit working again. As I am very intentional about supporting Black Owned Businesses, I was very excited to see that this was a respectable, honest, and trustworthy BoB.
I needed someone to come out and look at my HVAC unit because it was not cooling and leaking water and flooding my utility closet. After Smith and Son came out he was awesome and knowledgeable with telling me what caused it and how I can avoid it happening in the future. I definitely recommend!
Extremely professional and efficient! Fixed our furnace issue perfectly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend.
