I went to smith sheet metal office to get a 15” x 18” sheet metal cut and the person that took the measurements didn’t even put the order in. He told me it would take couple days and after I went back 5 days after the front desk couldn’t even find my order. Someone else came and looked in the offices and found my order under the desk person that took my order. I guess they don’t really care about customer service satisfaction. Didn’t even apologize to me.

I would avoid at all costs. Terrible attitude. Owner was extremely Rude over the phone.
They welded + fixed my stainless steel fermenter, which had a leak at the spigot after purchasing it used and finding it was damaged. Greg and Aaron were generous and great to deal with.
