We have been with smith services for 20 years. Yesterday, we had a new system installed and John the lead installer was the best ever! He was informative, work area was immaculate and educational. I would rate John and Smith Services a 10 plus!
Very good service. They know what they are doing. Would be more efficient if the same maintenance techs were assigned so they know the system and history.
