BEWARE of this Attorney!!!! He represented my deceased Father's Estate and it has been a nightmare!! He was so LAZY and INCOMPETENT that he allowed the Probate to close!!! My Father's home was sold in June and RUTHERFORD still has not given my family our money!!! SO that makes him a thief as well!!! HE NEEDS TO BE DISBARRED!!! Horrible! if you want an attorney that charges 300$ an hour (2200 total)to look at his email, and to try and figure things out, and type up a couple of documents, and then send you to another attorney, but leave you with his bill... this is your guy.
