I lived here for 18months. Amazing experience I had. Omg, tammy and kevin are 2 great people. Made my move in and move out smooth and easy. The place is beautiful, peaceful and very decent. I love it
I lived at Smith & Royer Apartments for a year and had a great experience. The management team is straightforward and communicative, which made the entire process: from move-in to move-out, smooth and stress free. Anytime something needed fixing or wasn’t working properly, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. I appreciated their efficiency and reliability. Overall, I had no concerns during my stay and would definitely recommend this complex to others.
Lived here for more than 2 years. Nice location with walkable distance to the campus. Quiet community. Reasonable rent for the area with fast maintenance support
I have been living here for about a year. Nice and quiet apartment. The management of Smith and Royer are responsible people. They are responsive if you ever encounter any issues. The apartment is well-maintained. I have friends living in three other apartments in Macomb, and I have visited their places. Compared to theirs, I can tell Smith and Royer is definitely a much better place. I would recommend this place especially to students.
Tammie and Kelvin are 2 amazing people, very cool and kind. Always ready to help in anyway they can and they are friendly as well. The cost of rent is cool as well and the management is top notch, always doing all they can to keep the environment clean and safe for the tenants. I give it to the both of them, it's my 9 months here, still living here and I've got to give it to them. You guys are doing a great job!! From Damilare!
