Lived here for more than 2 years. Nice location with walkable distance to the campus. Quiet community. Reasonable rent for the area with fast maintenance support
I have been living here for about a year. Nice and quiet apartment. The management of Smith and Royer are responsible people. They are responsive if you ever encounter any issues. The apartment is well-maintained. I have friends living in three other apartments in Macomb, and I have visited their places. Compared to theirs, I can tell Smith and Royer is definitely a much better place. I would recommend this place especially to students.
Tammie and Kelvin are 2 amazing people, very cool and kind. Always ready to help in anyway they can and they are friendly as well. The cost of rent is cool as well and the management is top notch, always doing all they can to keep the environment clean and safe for the tenants. I give it to the both of them, it's my 9 months here, still living here and I've got to give it to them. You guys are doing a great job!! From Damilare!
I like it. They r cozy. They r nice to live in.
Tammie and Kevin goes far above and beyond to make sure the tenants are safe they are more than willing to help in every way they can to make sure everything and everyone is taken care of the rent is actually pretty reasonable too. I miss you two
