Smith Roofing replaced all our siding in the fall of 2020 after some hail damage. A couple pieces of siding came off last week (Oct 2022). There was some miscommunication at the beginning but in the end the repair was dealt with promptly. Thank you!

Smith Roofing replaced all the siding on our house in fall of 2020 after hail damage. Last week (Oct 2022) a couple pieces of siding came off so we called Smith. Took 3 emails and 3 messages before someone returned our call. We were then told it would cost almost $900 to replace the 2 pieces of siding and there was no workmanship warranty (even though their website states they have an “industry leading 15 year workmanship warranty”)??? Very disappointed in this company.
