Don't have any thing to do with Glen he takes your money and you never get the work done. He is a smooth one, he tell you all the things he can to get your money. RUN, RUN, AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Glen with Smith roofing was very good to work with. He answered our call immediately, he came the next day to survey job and was going to come the next day to do the job but it snowed very heavily and so had to wait til next day to do work. He did a very good job. Took pictures and showed us how he fixed our problem with the roof and always kept in contact with us when he was coming and was always there when he said he would be. Glen and his workers did an absolute wonderful job. It only took a day and a half. I would recommend them to anybody.

My original review: 5 stars Review in December 2024: 1 star About two years ago, I had Glen Smith do four roofs of about 7,000 sf - metal and TPO. I paid him a large amount for the work (over $60K), which came with a 5-year warranty. One of the roofs is now leaking. I paid him and his partner Angie, who runs her own company called Do it Right, an extra $1,400 to fix the problem and do some extra work. As soon as they got the money, they have been very hard to get in touch with. It's been several weeks of promises and delays.... read more
