I hired Chris Smith (Smith's Roofing/CJ Smith Roofing), recommended by the Historic Albany Foundation, to replace my EPDM flat roof. There were issues with the quality of the work, and the contractor has not been responsive to our concerns. After the work was completed, I noticed significant gaps where the newly installed drip edge meets the brick wall side.
