Place was infested with roaches, I had to set my own bombs and get on my hands and knees cleaning before I even moved in. Finally moved out without a 30 day notice and they took my entire $825 deposit. KEEP IT, they lil family owned business won’t be successful long the way they do black people.
Ive rented several times at Myrtle Beach property and they were accommodating. I didnt like the first apartment so I called and they gave me a few other choices so the second one was good. We ended up in the Tower with a beautiful view and it was comfortable. Not luxury but we didnt plan on staying there all day and night. They offered 2 free nights if we stayed for seven nights so that was generous. I would rent from them again becausenit was so easy. They mailed me the keys and parking pass and all went exceptionally well.... read more
