They will change the locks while you are moving. I know under eviction companies can, I was not being evicted, my husband and myself were moving into a bigger place and they changed the locks while we were not there. Renter beware they are a bunch of scam artists.
I can't believe these people are in business! What a rip off! Make sure you really know what your getting involved in, when you deal with this company (if thats what you want to call it).
I would not recommend working with this rental company as a an owner of a property. They are unreliable, rude, and deceitful. From updates to the property without notice to the owner to not returning keys once their contract was cancelled. Dealing with this company will cause you more headache than peace of mind.
