I hired Stephen Smith to defend me in a criminal case and he was either incompetent or indifferent as he and the judge pushed me into accepting a plea bargain that was unfair to me. As an 18 year old I didn't know any better. Would not recommend this guy. I'm sure you can do better.
Hired attorney Eric Fink through this firm to handle a civil case and divorce case at the same time. Met twice, spoke on the phone a couple times, placed the retainer, signed the contract.. He no showed to my civil case, then no showed to my divorce case. Never returned a single call, never returned a single letter. Fortunately he never cashed my check and I cancelled it. After looking further into it, he has sanctions against him from the bar. AVOID AVOID AVOID
